We get our home listings right from the source, the Victor Valley MLS and California
Regional MLS. so your on the leading edge of home buying. Some Realtor® sites only show you their in-house listings and/or the
Victor Valley MLS listings. As a BONUS, we give you access to double the listings, because we show
listings for both (MLS) Multible Listing Services.
Most other property Search sites get their listings through networks and may
update their sites 2-23 days later. How do we know this? Somes homes are shown on their sites, but these homes are
not available on our site because these homes are now pending (homes in escrow). Pending homes are not shown on up-to-date Real
Estate search sites. If homes that are pending are still shown (as active listing) then that Real Estate search site has not been
updated. Only real estate agents are allowed to have direct MLS access to properties that are pending.
